Looking at the Sothern Cross
November 14, 2012
Stars are one of my favorite things to photograph. I was just barely able to make myself crawl out of the sleeping bag to take this shot, but I'm glad I did. It ended up being the only good night shot I took on the whole six week trip. Between the near constant cloud cover and the fact that is only dark for a few hours a night there weren't a lot of opportunities.
